Lajba’s Fashion Institute of Technology Thesis Collection.

This collection embodies the principle of “Costume as Spectacle.” Lavish textiles and textures are forced into the obscene while a myriad of colors are jumbled together forcing the eye to be intrigued and overwhelmed. Using a faun, they ask you to come and explore so that you can catch a glimpse into this surrealist world.

Highlights of the collection include textile manipulation through quilting, printed textile designs, hand beaded accessories, and an obscurity of form.
